Rick Watson joined ecommerce leaders at Brooklyn Winery for Nosto’s Crayfish Party, where he moderated two engaging panels featuring Credo Beauty and DVF. The conversations centered on how leading brands are using AI to personalize at scale, strengthen loyalty, and refine omnichannel strategies.

The night wasn’t all business though. Rick kicked off the singing of Swedish songs alongside Jim, embraced the Kräftskiva dinner, and spent time connecting with partners and retailers. For him, the evening was the perfect blend of sharp insights, lively fun, and building lasting relationships across the ecommerce space.
