IWS Acquires Mid America Distribution

International Wholesale Supply (IWS) is a wholesale company that provides a range of services and products to retail businesses, including marketing support and product fulfillment through Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and Direct Ship services.

Convenience store merchandise distributor International Wholesale Supply IWS), a division of MMCI Holdings, has acquired the direct-to-store delivery division of convenience store supplier Mid America Distribution. Financial terms were not disclosed.
