Anaplan Acquires Syrup Tech

Anaplan is a cloud-based platform that provides business-planning and performance management solutions for large enterprises. It connects different departments like finance, HR, and sales, allowing them to use the same data for planning and decision-making in real-time.

Anaplan, a scenario planning and analysis platform, announced it has acquired supply chain platform Syrup Tech for an undisclosed amount. Anaplan will integrate Syrup's technology to enable retailers to improve planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
